Why is Timer+ not listed in the Settings app for notification settings?

The notification settings in Settings app won't show unless Timer+ has tried to run a timer at least once.

So, open Timer+ and start a timer to get the notification settings to show in the Settings app. You can cancel it right away if you'd like.
